1st Annual Peach State Motorcycle Rodeo begins tomorrow

The Gwinnett County Police Foundation and Gwinnett Police Motors Unit sponsor the first annual Peach State Motorcycle Rodeo.

Officers from across the country, and even as far as Brazil, are arriving to train and hone their skills as part of this Police Motorcycle Skills and Training Seminar.  Officers will ride a variety of courses to include the Toot Suite, King Cowboy, The Banjo, Dawg House, a Speed course, Peach Brawl, Last Man Standing and Slow Race.

The seminar is scheduled for Wednesday September 4-7 at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Coolray Field at 2500 Buford Drive Lawrenceville, Ga 30043. The public is invited and encouraged to come attend the event and cheer on their favorite rider or department.

This is a family friendly event and will culminate in conjunction with the Gwinnett County Public Safety Fall Festival at Coolray Field Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The final day of the event will start with the Opening Ceremony at 9:00 a.m.
