Although my opponent wants to fearmonger and mislead people about the type of District Attorney's office I will provide for our community, I can assure you my office will not need to be ordered by a judge to learn its duty to serve victims.
This is our current District Attorney's 4th Marsy's Law Violation. To me, this isn't about personalities or political parties, it's about having the ability to do the job with excellence and pursue #justiceforall. Our victims deserve better.
"...the Court notes that this case is the District Attorney's fourth (4th) documented Marsy's Law violation in the last two years...Based on these repeated violations, the Court deems it necessary and appropriate to require that the elected District Attorney and each of her Assistant District Attorneys shall enroll in and complete an approved continuing legal education course offered through the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council on the duties and responsibilities required of Prosecutors under the Crime Victim's Bill of Rights."
