Lee’s photo of the day: Love on the tracks

Lee Shearer is an old school newsman who reported about goings-on in Athens for 4 decades.

He’s now retired from the Athens Banner-Herald, where I had the pleasure of working alongside him for nearly half of those years.

Lee has taken in a big and pleasant way to photographing local scenes and slices of life and I have been very impressed with the photos that he’s been sharing on social media.

Starting today CCN will be publishing a regular feature called Lee’s Photo of the Day.
