The following was released today by the Athens-Clarke County Police Department:
On February 25, 2025, the Northeast Georgia Regional Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant in
the 100 block of Rocksprings Court in reference to the distribution of narcotics out of a residence.
Steven Wall, a 44-year-old male of Athens, Georgia, was arrested after a search of his apartment unit
revealed quantities of cocaine, methamphetamine, oxycodone, and marijuana. During the search,
officers also located a HiPoint 9mm pistol and $476 in cash. Wall was charged with Possession of Crack
Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes,
Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property-Firearm, and other drug-related charges. This is Wall’s second arrest
for drug distribution while possessing a firearm.
