Police Friday morning located a student sleepwalking in downtown Athens within minutes of her being reported as missing by roommates.
The 18-year-old apparently left The Mark student apartments on Oconee Street at around 4:30 a.m., and she was reported missing to the Athens-Clarke County Police Department at 7:15 a.m.
Analysts with ACCPD’s Real Time Crime Center then sifted through three hours of public and private video surveillance footage and were able to track the pajama-clad young woman as she walked barefoot through the downtown area and within 16 minutes they located her at Jittery Joe’s on East Broad Street.
“She was still in a state of sleepwalking when located,” said Lt. Katie Jenkins.
I get paid over $130 1 to 3 hours working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over $27k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless.
