(Lawrenceville, Ga., Feb. 20, 2025) – The victim has been identified as Donald Stewart (43, Commerce).
Michael Todd (40, Hoschton) has been charged with Malice Murder, Felony Murder, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony. Todd was Stewarts’ boss and the argument between them was work related.
WSB-TV in Atlanta reports that they both worked at a McDonald’s on Sugarloaf Parkway and the incident happened in the restaurant’s parking lot.
The shooting occurred as the men were having a work-related argument, the station reports.
