Stop. Look. Listen. If a car is coming, the car has the right of way. Let the car(s) pass before entering the roadway. Walk, don't run.

Do not step out in front of a car; they might hit you.

Always assume the car-driver can not see you.

Clean underwear does not matter if you are hit by a car.

Yes and No. My assumption is not as you state. Rather, I am assuming that 99.99 percent of the population ( yes I am being generous) are capable of making decisions for themselves.

My dog knows not to go in the road.

Sorry to read this. Condolences to her family and care also to the person driving the automobile.

Yes, I had a friend that accidentally killed someone while driving many years ago. It was traumatic to say the least and he still has trouble with it today.

A human life was lost and you are on here again showing how Christians behave. Glad I don‘t associate with your ilk.

Where do you propose anyone cross in that area? There are no sidewalks or crosswalks. A human life was lost and a driver is dealing with the fact they killed another human. Why do dislike your fellow humans so much? Who hurt you?
