A 30-year-old Athens woman reported to police that she encountered a sexual pervert at the Lexington Road CVS on the afternoon of February 14.
She said that he was a white male with a gray beard in a maroon Jeep Grand Cherokee and could see only his upper body, but it was very evident that he was masturbating while staring at her.
The woman provided police with the Jeep’s license plate number, which was registered to a Watkinsville man who, it was noted has a gray goatee.
