3 pounds of pot seized, 1 man arrested

An alleged dealer was recently arrested when police executed a search warrant at his home in East Athens.

During the search that was conducted at the Martin Court residence on the afternoon of March 18, three pounds of marijuana were seized along with two pistols.

Jalandrick D. Moore, 37, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuan and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

He was released upon posting bonds totaling $8.400.
