Science fact of the day: Anchialine pools are connected to the ocean

Writer's picture: Classic City NewsClassic City News

Anchialine pools are enclosed bodies of water with an underground connection to the ocean. They form in limestone or volcanic rock.

They are most commonly found among the Hawaiian Islands and on Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. They are often part of underground cave systems and the water levels in these pools fluctuate with the rise and fall of ocean tides.

I get paid over $130 1 to 3 hours working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over $27k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless.
