The Clarke County Sheriff’s Office recently received a potentially life saving gift from the United States Deputy Sheriff’s Association in Wichita, Kansas, which donated 18 Patrol Trauma Response Kits to CCSO Deputies.
The kits contain a chest seal, CPR face shield, a tourniquet and more, which can be lifesaving in the event of a major injury in the field. Kits will be kept in all CCSO patrol vehicles for easy access in case of an emergency.
“We are grateful for the donation of these trauma response kits for our deputies in the field and on the roads in Clarke County. We pray the kits never have to be used but are thankful we have them if needed,” Sheriff John Q. Williams said.
