Rosemary is cultivated all over the world. In fact, there are over 24 cultivars of rosemary, including three very popular varieties called “Blue Spires,” “Tuscan Blue,” and “Gorizia.”
These are all cultivars of the species Rosmarinus officinalis. Notably, there are also two other species of rosemary — Rosmarinus tomentosus and Rosmarinus eriocalyx — however, they are both less commonly grown.
