Two men were arrested last weekend for allegedly sexually assaulting an intoxicated woman after she passed out.
The incident reportedly occurred January 26 at the Oglethorpe Avenue residence of 28-year-old Halbert Urbina where the woman said she was given “shot after shot of alcohol” by the men.
Urbina was charged with sexual battery, and 22-year-old Angel Brieza of Lawrenceville, was charged with rape.
The woman told police that she had met Brieza in a downtown Athens bar.
