A police officer was assisting with a traffic stop on Epps Bridge Parkway last weekend when a van sped by so fast there was an audible “whoosh of wind” that caught the officer’s attention.
The officer hopped into his patrol car and gave chase with lights and siren activated, observing the van blow through a red light before stopping in the driveway of a business.
The officer estimated that the van had been doing 70 in the 45 mph speed zone where the pursuit had begun.
The driver, 20-year-old Fisher Procter from Loganville, exhibited signs of intoxication that included slurred speech and an alcoholic beverage odor on his breath.
He refused to submit to sobriety testing and so was placed in custody on the presumption that he was drunk.
A search of the van found a large case of Corona beer and a loaded 9mm pistol that had been reported as stolen in Gwinnett County.
“Really, that bitch is stolen?” Procter reportedly said to the officer.
Procter was subsequently arrested on charges of DUI, theft by possession of stolen property, running a red light, and driving too fast for conditions.
He was later released from custody upon posting a $2,000 bond.

I get paid over $130 1 to 3 hours working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over $27k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless.

I’m sure all the republicans will joyfully elect this guy and worship his mugshot outside the Oval Office just like they do the sitting felon president.
